HAPPY EASTER!
Brunch Ideas for this weekend and all Spring long!
Sending you a special W4D Easter edition with some Spring weekend entertaining ideas that you can use all season long! Let’s hop to it…
AMAZING SPRING APPS:
Anthony’s Spring Pea Crostini with Asparagus & Prosciutto are the Spring Showstoppers. Elizabeth’s Caramelized Onion Tart with some Springy toppings would be a perfect party starter. What’s Easter without Deviled Eggs? Whip up a batch of Homemade Buttermilk Ricotta to serve with crackers and veggies like Marinated Mushroom & Artichokes.
MARVELOUS MAIN DISHES:
Quiche Lorraine or Spanakopita Egg Bites are beloved brunch favorites. Anthony’s Roman-Style Lamb with Herbs & Peas is easy to put together in your pressure cooker. Last year, we put together Spring Chicken with three unbelievably easy sauces—any of them would make excellent centerpieces at your table. Got a crowd coming? How about a Croque Monsieur Casserole? Or if you’re looking for a holiday ham recipe, Anthony’s Boulevardier-Glazed Ham (PDF below!) would be excellent with some tangy mustard on Elizabeth’s 2-Ingredient Biscuits!
SENSATIONAL SIDES:
If Asparagus is your thing, Elizabeth’s Grilled Asparagus with Romesco, and Anthony’s Absurdly Addictive Asparagus would both be welcome at the table. Don’t forget EK’s genius Overnight Mac ‘n’ Cheese (it’s so hands-off, you’ll be amazed!). Or some super easy Green Beans with Caramelized Onions to put some green on your plate.
DELIGHTFUL DESSERTS:
If you’re a chocoholic, you may want Chocolate-Dipped Peanut Butter Lace Cookies or Salted Dark Chocolate Pudding with all the fixings. Anything with Raspberries screams Spring, so we’ve got Anthony’s Lemon-Raspberry Loaf and Elizabeth’s Raspberry Crunch Bars on deck, too!

It all sounds yummy! Happy Easter!
Happy Easter and Spring to YOU!
