I need to buy a food processor on a budget. I had a VitaMix and honestly I didn't like it, so I returned it. I'm not great in the kitchen but would love to make the hummus appetizer for this weekend. Any suggestions?
I think my first reply disappeared. Make sure you buy the 4-cup and not the 3-cup. The 4 cup just fits the recipe. The 3 cup will be too small. I use the 4-cup mini processor to make this recipe. Cheers!
Oh thank you for clarifying this! I found one in a local store. She asked my preference. I said whatever... haha, you saved me an extra step. My being in the kitchen usually requires additional steps and time.
