These are all fantastic, and well-tested in our house! If you’re a deviled egg fan (obv a sensitive subject in our house)...Elizabeth’s are hands down THE BEST.

Andrew - Nigella Lawson has that same tip of dissolving the salt in the lime juice. She also believes it distributes the salt more evenly.
