Yum! Both recipes hit the mark. We just returned from Sicily where we sampled some of those delicious jam tarts, usually with the lattice crust Elizabeth mentions—but this prep looks beautiful and easier. Now we’re traveling in Montana and Wyoming (Yellowstone country) where huckleberries are a thing, so I may be trying the BBQ sauce with huckleberry jam once we’re home from our travels. Thanks for the double inspiration!
